Envoy’s Challenge
In times of growth, it’s vital to embrace change. In 2021 Envoy was a pivotal inflection point. As a rapidly-growing CX player, the San Francisco-based business recognized the need to reposition themselves as a partner who knows Zendesk inside and out, and with the experience to handle both strategic and tactical projects. In refining how they messaged their offerings, Envoy also needed a differentiated brand design to further stand out amongst competitors.
Our Sublime Solution
To tackle these challenges head-on, Envoy partnered with Sublime Designs Media. The goal was to create a brand identity that would not only set Envoy apart, but also establish them as the go-to experts in Zendesk and other CX solutions. To get there, we created an energetic and eye-catching design, with a brand voice to match.
